Did you know Zoom lets you change how participants appear on your screen? Switching views can make meetings easier to follow, whether you're in a one-on-one call, a team meeting, or a large presentation.
Why It Helps
Using the right view helps you stay focused. You can see everyone's faces during discussions, spotlight the speaker during presentations, or rearrange participants to keep important people in view.
How To Do It

Join a Zoom meeting.

In the top-right corner of the Zoom window, click View.

Choose the view that fits your meeting:

Speaker View – The person talking appears large on your screen.

Gallery View – See multiple participants at the same time in a grid.

Immersive View (if enabled by the host) – Places participants into a shared virtual scene for a more engaging experience.

If you're in Gallery View, you can drag and drop participant videos to arrange them in the order you prefer (this only changes your own view).
